Members Night

Dear member It's a strange weather system these days, the leaves are falling, and there are flash floods to deal with. The temperature is not ideal for Winter Snow Sports, although we are holding off putting the heating on. The up's and downs! A huge well done to everyone who attended their lessons at the weekend, I know many people were stranded, but many of you battled the elements and skied through some tough weather, great effort. Lesson Interruptions This time of the year the Club lesson programme can be a little stop and start due to several school holidays. September weekend and October school holiday. We will always try to stop lessons for holidays to ensure minimal lessons missed for customers. Thank you for your patience. Business usually runs fairly uninterrupted from here, however we do have one more that will effect 3 days of lessons. MAIN SLOPE We have taken delivery of 75 new ski mats, that will serve best on the ski slope for the winter, rather than lying in storage until springtime. Our plan is to lay the new matting on the main slope, with work starting on Saturday the 21st of October for 5 days. Group ski lessons are off the weekend due to the October School holiday, however lessons are due to resume on the Monday. Any main slope lesson due to run Monday 23rd - Wednesday at 5pm on the 25th of October will be postponed for one more week. The classes affected will be directly e-mailed, and any problems please come back to me, we will do our best to resolve any issues this will create for anyone. Once again lessons will be consistent after this until June 2024, not withstanding school holidays. Thank you for your patience, and I hope the experience on the slope will be worth the effort.
